Town & Country Sports 2026-27
If your student is interested in participating in any of the sports (Basketball, Cheer, Bowling, or Running Club) offered at Town & Country this year (2026-2027) we will need you to fill out the required paperwork that is attached and turn it in. Physicals are good for a year from the date received so we need a new one each school year. The other forms also must be completed each year and are required by the state of Oklahoma.
Please print each of them off, complete them and return them in August at the orientation sports desk when you sign up your student for sports.
Due to the popularity of our sports, we have made a few changes. First, basketball will now be grades 8-12 only. Cheer and Bowling will still be grades 7-12, and Running Club will still be grades 2-12. Secondly, we are limiting the number of students who can participate in each of the sports. We will allow anyone that played this year to play again and then fill up the remaining spots on a first come, first served basis at orientation in August. Returning parents please discuss the sports with your athlete and if they are not fully committed to playing again, please give up your spot so that someone else can play. Finally, we must increase the booster club fees slightly. One sport will be $75 and two or more sports will be $100.
Please email me with any questions.

Parents: You will need to download, sign, and return the first four documents below (SUDDEN Cardiac Arrest Form, Waiver of Liability, Biological Sex Affidavit Under 18, and Physical for Sports). If you cannot print or view the attached forms, you can still make a physical appointment and tell your physician it is for a school sport, and they should have a clearance form they can sign for us.
