HOW TO APPLY
Step 1: Submit current IEP, MEEGS, and Psychological Testing within last 3 years after inquiry
Step 2: If the applicant meets eligibility criteria a tour and interview will be set up by the Director of Admission.
Step 3: Complete Application for Admission on Town and Country School website with non- refundable processing fee of $75.
Step 4: Submit Record Release Form signed by parent/guardian
Step 5: Submit reports and evaluations from speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy, if applicable
Step 6: 2 recommendation forms completed by teachers currently working with applicant.
1 recommendation form completed by current counselor or principal.
Step 7: Documentation of diagnosis from Medical Doctor, psychologist, or speech-language pathologist
Step 8: Official transcript for high school students
Step 9: Vaccination records or waiver
Step 10: Current photo of the applicant
Step 11: The student applicant will shadow visit in their current grade level for 1-3 days. Students are expected to participate in the classroom activities. This allows the student the opportunity to experience a regular school day at Town and Country School.
