Town & Country School is pleased to announce that our high school is now utilizing Edgenuity for select high school students. Edgenuity is an online learning program in which students complete independent coursework. The courses are self-directed and self-paced with interactive tools, progress monitoring, course modification, and common core alignment. A wide variety of courses in math, science, English, social studies, electives, and ACT prep are available.
Enrollment Guidelines:
- Enrollment is at the discretion of the administration.
- The program is reserved for juniors and seniors. Exceptions for other students will be made by the administration on a case-by-case basis.
- Students enrolling in Edgenuity courses are subject to a probationary period to determine if they are making satisfactory progress. If a student has C or lower after 50% of the coursework is completed, he or she may be removed from the program.
- Only juniors and seniors attempting to meet graduation requirements may enroll in Edgenuity courses during the summer.
- Students enrolling in Edgenuity courses outside of their daily classes will still need to report to Mr. Schmidt to complete their tests.
