Who We Serve Best

One of the most important decisions a parent will make in their lifetime is about their child’s education, especially for a child with a specific learning difference. Town and Country is very selective in the students that we accept to ensure the student will flourish in our learning environment. 

Our programs are designed for students in Grades 2-12 who have been diagnosed with specific learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1 formerly known as Asperger’s Syndrome, or anxiety. Students at Town and Country School demonstrate average to above average cognitive ability.  Difficulties in one or more of the following:

·         Attention

·         Memory

·         Auditory or visual processing

·         Executive functioning

·         Reading, math, written expression

·         Anxiety

·         Receptive and expressive language

·         Social communication based disability

 

Town and Country School is not able to accept students with conduct disorder or other behavioral or mental health disorders that are disruptive to the learning environment and/or that may require physical interventions in order maintain the safety of students and faculty.
