It’s hard to believe we’re already preparing for the 2025-2026 school year! Mrs. Denise Jurbala, our Director of Admissions, has started meeting with families regarding next year’s enrollment.

We kindly request that all families respond to this email to confirm their intentions for the 2025-2026 school year. Please reply with either “returning” or “not returning” by Monday, February 3rd, 2025. This information helps us track available slots for new students. No deposit or payment is required at this time—just your response regarding enrollment plans.

In addition to enrollment plans, families will need to be considering applications for financial aid for next school year. Please refer to the information below for each type of financial aid. 

Parental Choice Tax Credit

The application window for the Parental Choice Tax Credit opens on February 18th, 2025. Families may apply for this refundable income tax credit, which ranges from $5,000 to $7,500, to help cover tuition and fees for eligible private schools.

Key Details:

• An enrollment verification letter from the school is required and will be emailed by February 12th, 2025.
• Families with a gross adjusted income of $150,000 or less will be prioritized and should apply within the first 90 days of the window.
• Applications for families earning over $150,000 will be processed after this period.
• If awarded, funds will be distributed in two installments, one at the start of each semester, directly to the private school. You will be notified to sign the checks upon their arrival.

Lindsey Nicole Henry (LNH) Scholarship Renewal

Students currently receiving the LNH Scholarship must renew their application for the 2025-2026 school year.

Steps to Renew:

1. Enrollment acceptance letters will be emailed by March 1st, 2025.
2. Once received, visit pcgscholar.com to submit your application and upload the required form.
3. Applications must be completed by July 31st, 2025 to ensure processing and funding in time for the start of the school year.

Town & Country School Financial Aid Program

Our school offers a financial aid program based on demonstrated need.

To apply:

1. Complete a FACTS application by visiting our financial aid page.
2. The financial aid committee will review your application, and you will receive a determination letter with the decision.

Opportunity Scholarship Fund

Town & Country School also receives funding through the Opportunity Scholarship Fund. These scholarships are allocated as part of our financial aid program. Families must complete the FACTS application to be considered.
